Just heard a rumour that you will be closing the Uttoxeter shop. I hope this is not true.

Could I suggest that you do a big campaign in Uttoxeter to tell people that you have changed to some tills that are staffed. Most of the people in Uttoxeter like staffed tills and customers stayed away when you opened the new store with just self service.

Now you have 2 staffed tills, but people don't know that and so are staying away, please don't close the store, but do some market research about our town and change some small things so that your customers come back. I love having ASDA in UTTOXETER, please stay.
