We took two very expensive Tommy Bahama silk shirts in for cleaning. When we picked up our order, the shirts were gone. When we contact Arrow about them, the answer we received was 'we have new people'. After now 5 months Arrow finally agreed to pay us $75 for BOTH shirts. This won't even cover the cost to replace 1 shirt! We have been loyal customers of Arrow's for over 15 years but I am so very disappointed that they created the error that caused our clothes to be lost and now won't make it right with us. Bad form.
