This uses to be one of the best Internet Service Providers (ISP) in Uganda. But unfortunately, the company kept on detorieting from time to time. This happened without even a clear communication from the management team. The worst bit of it is that they are still in operation but do not at all have customer care, you'll call their customer care numbers and no one picks up, you'll text them expecting a feedback but all in vein.
