Ridiculous customer service guy booked me in 2 wee...

Ridiculous customer service guy booked me in 2 week ago for 6 am on Saturday. I finish work on Friday night 2am and wait for them to open at 6 in chilled winter morning and when I went cmv Rebecca on front desk lady said ohh their is no booking under your name or rego we can't take your truck for inspection you should get a text b for booking the staff is really rude and arrogant. Never come to this bunch of stupid people.
