We stayed here for a night during a 2 week trip to Alaska. One night too long. We told them we were on our honeymoon and we got a room with 2 separate beds with a beautiful view of the roof. The service at the front desk was disgraceful. We were told the Seven Glaciers restaurant couldn't take anymore dinner reservations but I was able to make one on Open Table. My wife cut her finger and asked for a band aid at the front desk. She was told to go buy a $10 box of band aids from their store. I'm not sure who they paid off to be known as a 4 star resort but it is far from, unless you have low standards and mediocre expectations.
