We have been coming here for years to get my husband and son's haircuts. I believe Sharon used to cut my son's hair and she always did a fantastic job. We have consistently had a great experience here, until today.
We called at 12:30 today and they said they could take us at 1:30 or after 3:00. We opted for the 1:30 appt as we were already out running errands. We grabbed lunch on the go in order to be punctual for our appt. We walked in right at 1:30 and were told the stylist would be with us shortly. I think they might be under new management, along with new stylists as I didn't recognize anyone when we arrived. After waiting for 15 minutes I inquired about the appt time to ensure we had the correct time. At 2:00 I ended up leaving. They told me they were running a "bit" behind but I have a hard time seeing that they would run a full 30 minutes past schedule within the hour of making the appt. It seemed to me that they took a walk in while we had to wait, even though we had made an appt.
Based on this experience, we'll be looking for a new grooming center for both my husband and son. It's disappointing, as we used to love coming here.
