The receptionist was highly unprofessional and extremely rude. When I first called, he didn't even put me on hold but briefly told me to "wait a second" while he answered a personal phone call. While I was inquiring about services, he refused to answer any questions and replied with short, vague phrases and asked "are you giving me orders here?" as if I was threatening him. I tried to remain calm but he interrupted me multiple times to say "listen here" or "do you understand" in a very condescending tone. When the conversation got out of hand, he hung up on me. When we called back to speak to a supervisor, he put us on hold indefinitely. We had to hang up and call again, he answered and finally admitted to us that the supervisor wasn't in the office. He proceeded to lie about his identity and said that it wasn't him that gave us attitude or hung up on us earlier, even though he defended his previous actions in the same conversation. I am upset and frustrated that someone so unprofessional and immature could be my first experience at this center.
