Room was nice, bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. Carpet was older but we saw that they were upgrading rooms so hopefully that is on their to do list. Bathrooms were very nice, obviously renovated recently. We only stayed one night so it was hard to judge service but we had no complaints. Location was right downtown which was great for accessing night life. Street parking was free when we stayed but otherwise you would need to pay for parking. My only complaint was that we could hear the garbage trucks outside at 6 am and it was very loud so we were woken up. Other than that it was a nice and comfortable hotel. I wish we would have been able to stay longer to use the sauna.
