I called to discuss an old bill (2011) with the office manager and have never been so poorly comunicated with. I explained to the young lady that I had paid that bill years ago. By her own admittance she wasnt working their when I did business with them and was unaware of my account. She further went on to say, "its not my fault if you didnt pay your bills." She further explained that I was simply uhappy with the information she was providing and would not allow me to speak with her manager. I will make it my mission to discuss my experience wit Eagle Security and ADT with everyone I know.
