Ubisoft has a crash/freeze issue that they won t fix or even explain to their customers. They leave tickets unopened and won t talk to customers on the phone. I have seen posts from folks who have purchased new consoles because Ubisoft doesn t want to claim responsibility for the issue when in fact it s a glitch in the game and has nothing to do with the players equipment. An easy fix would be to allow saves in the areas of the game where this occurs but NO.
