Very disappointed with the service this year. In the past we have had no problems with the studio, but we had 2 family members that were required to take their pictures here this summer. They told the receptionist that they were just there to get what was required for the yearbook, 1 formal and 1 casual. The receptionist automatically charged them for the Classic Session even though they did not ask for it. Now they are saying we owe $130 just to view the images online and to cover miscellaneous fees. They also made the girls sit in the waiting room with just the drape on and no shirt beneath which made them very uncomfortable. When I tried to contact the business, I received an email stating that we owe $130 for sessions we did not consent to. I understand the studio is busy during the summers, but it is wrong to make a $65/each decision for a client without their permission.
