Extremely unprofessional. Horrible experience. First of all the driver was an hour late, then we had to go from Queens to Brooklyn to pick up another passenger when our appointment was in Manhattan and we were running late already. The driver played loud music filled with profanity not respectful of the elderly clients. I knew where the appointment was but the driver wanted to drop me off at the wrong address. After argument about this he finally listened to me and dropped us at the right place. On the way back, they told me it would be one hour wait but after almost two hours they said that the driver had passed the job, whatever that means, and it would take another 20 minutes. After 45 minutes we ended up taking a taxi back to the Rehab center in Queens. Never again.
