Absolutely APPALLING SERVICE. I bought a defective product that was badly repaired twice and had to go back to this horrible place several times. The person in charge of the Information Desk (Bureau Information) is an absolute disgrace and the most unprofessional person I have ever met. AVOID FNAC CHAMPS ELYSEES at all costs, if you value your peace of mind!!!
