- in the event of a repair, long waiting times and then with a quote, where you know right away, only rip off.

- Return of leasing: No appointment made, only arrogant saleswoman, who has to call behind the phone. Subsequently sends completely inadequate documents and an offer for a BMW 7 series although you wanted a BMW 1 series. When returning, again long waiting times and rip-off. I no longer wanted to have anything to do with the salesperson, stated that I no longer want contact with this lady. But of course that doesn't interest the company. In retrospect, she's still lying that she didn't make a wrong offer.

For me it is clear that this arrogant chaos car dealership will never again be there.
