This is the worst experience ever, we came due to ...

This is the worst experience ever, we came due to a death in our family needed a quick getaway. The are having a women's convention and only 3 elevators working at you have to wait in line 20-30 mins to even get on.
First night here the tv stops working the following morning taking a shower all lights shut off had to shower in dark.
I called to office wanting a extra blanket I called office 3 times now after 5 hours later I ask for a manager now I get my freaking blanket...
I have to say I will never come back and I will make sure everyone I know not to come to the place

Very upset with the service and will never be back

I will have to say for another 30 min drive I will keep going to palm coast for sure now
