Had a pleasant stay at parkroyal penang, the location, the room, facilities are splendid, not forgetting the warm services provided by the staffs! Although there was a little wait to check in to our rooms as they were still cleaning up the room but the staffs were kind enough in helping us around while we were waiting. The downside however is that the buffet breakfast is quite disappointing as there are not much choices, it s only a standard breakfast. The Javana lounge which is one of the interesting nightlife in batu ferringhi is great too, ordered their in house cocktail and it s definitely a great try
