The hotel structure and facilities are excellent, personnel very welcoming, rooms clean and we'll equipped (if I can make a remark, a few more hooks for hanging towels and clothes wouldn't harm). Breakfast was good, didn't try the restaurant. Location is good, close to night markets, food courts and a few restaurants. Beach is also nice, as far as Penang goes. Don't expect Thai or Caribbean sceneries. Will definitely return.
