I am bitterly disappointed that this hotel cannot accommodate my dietary requirements. At breakfast I asked the chef if they served halaal eggs, and his immediate response was no. Halaal eggs just require a clean pan, with no non-halaal products (usually meat) in it. Are you telling me they couldn't make a plan to do that?

I left a message on my bill, about what had happend - yet to receive a response to that. I spoke to Kea at the check in desk, and all he could tell me was to speak to the team lead. Couldn't take me to her, or convey the message to her - could do nothing to help me.

I am paying R300 for a breakfast buffet, and all I can eat is fruit and yoghurt. What a rip off. To make things worse, I am pregnant and can't get a decent meal, even though that is what I am paying for. Will definitely not recommend this to any Muslim who asks me about this place. I have received much better service at 3 star hotels.
