I have been dealing with the same issue for about a year now. Since I work for a Long Island based company, and I live in CT, trying to find providers is near impossible. The providers I am told are in Network, the claims get denied. The doctors I am told to go to, the claims are denied. No CSR can seem to give me any answers. They all deflect and try to transfer the calls to a different department, which does the same, and that only when I can actually reach a human on the phone. All of the reviews on here get the same response, to email them, but when you email them, you still get no response.
