I must say, this organisation did set up the highest level of customer satisfaction.
I was a little taken aback with my last experience, but the owner, Mr Mukund Awsarmal took proactive efforts and gave the customer service beyond expectation.
Kudos to work ethic like this.
The entire team is absolutely goal oriented and is doing a fantabulous job.
Turning an irate customer to a loyal one is no easy task, and they have done it !!!
