Competitive environment with room to advance. I worked there for 7 years and learned most of my skills at this company. All fabrication shops are going to be a fast paced environment with demanding work schedules so its not for everyone but I personally know that it has an overall diverse workgroup and I've seen plenty of people move up the ladder there.
