It supports our customer service and operations team through a large range of integrated modules with functions to manage bookings, schedules, enrolments, certifications and complex regulatory requirements. Additionally the BD team can now manage their client relationships, sales pipelines, drive opportunities and manage contract pricing all in a system that feeds into other areas of the application. It saves time in creating invoices and reporting figures to finance and management. Staff are freed to focus on working smarter rather than harder so we can produce higher value outcomes for the business and deliver greater customer service.
