I took my vehicle in to determine the liquid that was on my passenger side mat and about the noise coming from the passenger side window. I am a bit taken back because no one can tell me the liquid. The way it dripped down onto the mat and the smell, it's not something that came from groceries. My groceries rarely go on the front floor board. I was informed the sound I was hearing is the wind moving the window. :(
The service advisor was very polite and attentive.
