Seriously disappointed with the delivery of goods....

Seriously disappointed with the delivery of goods. Fantastic service with the sales team up until the order was placed and then everything fell apart! From sending the wrong chairs, to items being out of stock, to communication to even more wrong items being delivered and ending up with a coffee table with no base! How can this be so difficult to get right? I placed an order on behalf of a client and I'm left feeling completly morified by the service you provided! Never again, I'm sorry, you need to get your act together, fast!
