John Moore sent Tom Lee to my house to diagnose the cause of excessive vibration in my air handler. Tom was able to diagnose the problem quickly and confirmed parts were eligible for replacement under warranty. The parts were available at a local warehouse, and Tom replaced the same day. I was only charged for labor, and at first, I felt the cost was a bit on the high side. However, Tom went above and beyond with the repair by taking his time to do it right, and provided extra stability to a poor design from the manufacturer.
