On 4.11.15 at approx 12;20 pm cab #6459 drove off with my wife's wallet. we contacted security, the security video shows the driver returning moments latter looking around and leaving. despite numerous attempts to get your company to get the driver to return, your people stonewalled and delayed us.
The taxi Authority had us positively identify the driver on 4.12.15. The driver has chosen to deny any knowledge of the event. There is significant evidence that your company did little if anything to help us, even though we made the discovery within a minute of the the cabs departures.
