First I heard them being sarcastic to a paying customer and then when I asked them some questions, they all scoffed/laugh under breath, maybe because they hear the same questions again and again.

They seem to be the only model shop in central Bristol, but it is no reason to have some superiority complex or just plain rudeness.

It will turn people toward online purchasing or just away from the hobbies all together.
