Had a new tank installed on 11/29. I was told there was a leak. I assisted the installer in basement above ceiling and discovered the line appeared to be partially above a finished ceiling. At that point, I suggested we just run a new line. Today is 12/10 and I have not heard back from them. Called and spent 19 minutes on hold to find out they were waiting for me to call them? I was given no work ticket or instructions when the tank installer left on 11/29. As I hung up with the operator today, I was told Nate or Matt will call me today as neither answered their phone and she sent them an urgent email because the first opening on the schedule isn't until 12/17. I am a brand new customer and Shipley is not off to a good start...
