I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Maxi Cosi / Dorel Juvenile moves me to one exception. Customer service is still very important to this company. After a few years, 2 styrofoam parts broke in my Axxis Fix. After a long phone call with a highly dedicated customer service representative (thanks again Annelies) it turned out that the parts are no longer available. Then Maxi Cosi actually offered to send me to the seat at your expense and, with goodwill, to adapt the parts from the successor model in your workshop. Sensational. Most of the other companies would probably have said at this point, "Sorry your seat is 5 years old, buy a new one".
