Unreal experience all the way around! Valet got to know our faces and would welcome us home or ask if we needed anything as we headed out for the day, need a map, water? Turn down service at night always surprised us with a little something extra each night! One night they lined our shoes up neat and orderly. Another night they folded out night clothes and had them ready on the bed. The view from the 21st floor is excellent! The pool is just for soaking in, not really for swimming and it does close if it gets too windy being 8 floors up. Very quiet hotel as it had no casino and all the guests seem to respect the quietness of it! Staff are VERY friendly, every staff member you walk by in the hall or elevator will stop and let you pass with friendly smile and hello, how are you doing? We were completely shocked by it, we didn t expect them to do that but that is the level of service they are attempting to provide to guests! We are used to staying in Holiday Inns and such where your happy just to have a room! This just blew us away! Location is great, about the middle of the Strip, 100% valet parking only. Only 2 places to eat and a bar on site but plenty of other places just steps away. Can t wait to go back, we will look here first next time we are in Vegas!
