Got picked up from JFK last night and the service ...

Got picked up from JFK last night and the service was fantastic. Had a cancelled flight to Newark so had to change my pickup location to JFK and Carmel changed it for me without any problems.

Rang the main line when I collected my bags and a car picked me up 5minutes later just outside the terminal.

Great phone customer service and great driver as well.

Will be using again for future trips.
