Joe Fredrickson did an absolute amazing job fulfilling my order. I asked him for a lot (tracking number, making sure my shipment got pushed out in time, etc) and not only did he follow up with me later in the day, he MADE IT HAPPEN. I am getting my jars delivered in 2 days instead of the expected 5 days. Really happy with the company and more importantly the rep himself. I am not the easiest purchaser to deal with and he handled this incredibly professionally. BIG UPS JOE. Thanks for the help.
