Its hard to go wrong with Nobu and this was no exception. This place fully redeemed the name after my wife and I went to one in Hong Kong and were pretty meh.... The Wagyu, the fresh Nigiri (yellowtail, king salmon, toro) were all top rate. The Nobu tacos are always fun and tasty as always. new style sashimi was incredible. Miso Cod these guys must have the lock on EXACTLY how to do it because I can never find it done quite as well as Nobu elsewhere. Their cocktails are always well done and taste so refreshing. Just be prepared for that bill! I tried one of their original Sake's and wasn't all that impressed, though that's not their fault per se. I am not a connoisseur by any means, but it was a medium bodied and filtered one - it came across as too sweet for what I normally assume in that category. Otherwise its Nobu - if you're a foodie it HAS to be on your rotation every once in awhile.
