We went to this hospital for a variety of reasons....

We went to this hospital for a variety of reasons. The last is the hospitalization of our daughter, we were well received, guided and taken in hand. The pediatric service is more than professional, the staff is listening to parents, it is reassuring and takes care of our children wonderfully well. What is to blame is the surveillance rooms of 4m2 where there is a cot and a single chair serving as bed for accompanying no windows on the outside or it feels like a sardine in its box. Do people who have designed this arrangement have only once in their life to live in it? I do not think otherwise they would have arranged things differently ... the space where several beds are in the same rooms and where intimacy does not exist ...
We ended up also without the 16h of our daughter because the kitchen forgot to put it and did not have any more ...
We have already known these monitoring rooms 3 times and in a time interval of 3 years between the last two visits but nothing changes as new wings are built ...
