January 2016 I purchased an LG 900 wireless headphone, and last December it stopped working for some unknown reason. Since the headset was under warranty, I immediately contacted LG's support center and returned the headset for repair or replacement. The headset I returned was silver and the replacement that was sent to me was black, when I specifically requested a silver. Once again I contacted the customer support team and returned the headset. Since that time I've been going back and forth trying resolve this issue. Each time I called I spent more than an hour on the phone trying to explain that I did not want a black headset, and each time I returned the headset they would send the same one back to me; four times to be exact. How is this possible? These conversations are extremely frustrating because the representatives seem to be reading from a script and unable to understand what I'm saying. Each time I was told that I had to accept the black headset because I checked the box for a black, what box? My request was made via phone. The turnaround time for returning the headset and having it shipped back to me is approximately three weeks.
Needless to say; I'm extremely frustrated and upset because I ve been without a headset for approximately three months, and I ve wasted hours trying to get the issue resolved.
This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had while dealing with any company.
