After having to sort through a list of 100's of possible stays we landed on the Fairmont. The best decision we could have made. More than an incredible resort itself with impeccable landscapes, beautiful and well-kept beaches. What truly makes the Fairmont different is the service. From the moment our plane touched down you feel valued as their guest. Their drivers ensure you are offered water, a warm towelette, and free wifi in the car! You are then taken directly to the lobby where the process is easy and friendly. If you are like me and love yourself some fruit-infused water, they have that while you check in to!

All employees at the Fairmont go above and beyond but I must give special recommendation and recognition to our personal concierge Daniel. Daniel goes above and beyond what is asked of him. Daniel ensures the guest feel comfortable but not smothered. He ensured a group of 11 women on a bachelorette party most of whom have never been to Cancun will surely return to the Fairmont and recommend it to others. Give that man a raise!

Special recommendations: Tequila tasting at the Fairmont is a must, the guac, the poolside cafe coffee and deserts are an amazing treat, Sushi at the Fairmont restaurant is some of the best sushi I've ever had.
