I bought a total replacement for my vehicle. Thid was all moog parts so spent over $500. The parts all had a lifetime warranty. I had issues with the parts wearing out. I contacted Rock Auto and they advised had to order new parts and send the old parts back. I got the new parts I ordered in and switched them onto the vehicle. I tried to send them back but labels would not print correctly. I contacted Rock Auto by email and recieved no help. There was no way to reach anyone by phone. Now I am stuck with the parts and had to pay another $500 plus dollars for parts that I originally paid a high price for due to the lifetime warranty. I will buy from a local auto parts store from now on. No more Rock Auto for me!!!
