As a former employee this agency is DISORGANIZED!!!

No one knows where anyone is. You have supervisors giving shifts out only to have them cancelled or were never given...

I have friends that went to the school and said the course didn't offer them ANYTHING! Only that plastic card at the end.

Personal anecdote: working with older agents, they would take off their shoes walk around barefoot, sleep on the job and even try to hit on the opposite sex!
