They bought out my daughters home nursing agency Pediatria 3 months ago and have yet to cover a single shift for my daughter. I am given 16 hours of nursing coverage a day from insurance, every day of the year. They came into my house demanded that I do the Epic paperwork to switch over and have their nurses come saying that they couldn't cover me until I did all of this I did all of that and there is no coverage and I can't get nurses from the agency that they took over anymore effectively cancelling out all of my daughter's Home Health Care Services. They had their home inspection Personnel call me to do a review with a nurse and when I said they have not sent nurses to me for 3 months she said to me wow that's strange I asked about your coverage and they told me you were fully staffed. The nursing book they sent you has none of my daughter's character listed in it it does not have the medicine she is supposed to get snow said it does not have her character and it does not have any instructions for the nurse to actually take care of my child. DO NOT HIRE EPIC HEALTH CARE!!
