I've been coming to the Gallo center for several years now and I'm not even sure how many performances I've seen anymore. Most recently I took my girlfriend to Monty Python's Spamalot and we had a wonderful time. The center takes great care in choosing their shoes for the season and I have yet to be disappointed whether it's a concert or a show, you've got to go. There are three tiers of theater seats, personally I prefer the balcony. Alcohol can be purchased at the concession stands but only bottled water and whirly cups (sealed cups sold on-site for $2) are allowed in the theater.
