You have to pay $20 to enter which you can use towards food/drink credit.
If you eat in the restaurant inside you have to book. Otherwise you can eat and drink outside. They have a bar menu.
It is expensive but worth it for the views and the experience.
I had 2 cocktails botanic 57 & East Side. Both citrus and delicious.
The dumplings were fabulous but not the squid.
The rib eye was amazing. The grilled snapper was good but nothing to rave about.
