Completely disappointed with my new Robalo R200 boat.

Overall great experience with Greg Thornhill my sales rep. but now in the midst of the CHAOS I’m going through, Charlie Easton Service manager is trying to do his best to remedy all the issues I’m going thru with my new boat.
To summarize it: waited a year almost to get my boat, second time in the water check engine came on as well as consult Yamaha dealer.
Transducer was never installed at the factory, eyebolts leaking, motor mounting(transom) was leaking after taking boat in the water 4-5 days to test for leaks after transducer was installed. Not to mentioned the motor now have to be removed to reseal all components. Making a long story short my brand new boat is in the shop now since 4/25. Nothing against Boaters World cause I know you guys didn’t build my boat BUT “SHAME ON ROBALO QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT”. It was my dream boat but for the longest time!!
but HONESTLY I’m not really sure if I made the right decision going with ROBALO BRAND.
Time is of the Essence! thank you all in advance, my advise to you guys! Before you release these boats to your customers give them a really good inspection, and also make sure you hold BOAT factories accountable for your customers dissatisfactions.
