Its in a more secluded area than other hotels. Not that busy road. Its new fresh and clean. Have been to their conference hall. I am not sure if its the setup by the organizer or that the hotel couldnt provide but there were no dinner tables. But ample space for 300 persons and adjoining hall for food serving.
