I was a little apprehensive about an agency after 10 years of direct employment in Aus/Singapore however I was luckily given over to a senior consultant Denise who has been quite good with walking me through paperwork and responding to my queries. 4 stars because they aren't perfect however i am satisfied and wont mind continuing with them. Expat Chemical engineer here.
