Any time I go to K.C. My wife and I make sure to coordinate our trip home with a stop at Arthur Bryant's. It's not a very modern facility in terms of what it looks like inside (although it is definitely clean), but to me, it adds to the history. You sit in the same room several Presidents and movie stars sat and eat some incredible BBQ. Try to get there a little before noon, or don't be surprised if the line goes out the front door and around the side of the building, but even then, the wait is well worth it. There are plenty of awesome places to get BBQ, especially in K.C. but Arthur Bryant's is my favorite.
