Review of Sheraton Heliopolis Towers

Ok it was a Sheraton.. then a Fairmont... now a Hi...

Ok it was a Sheraton.. then a Fairmont... now a Hilton...
It has not gotten better!
Sparkling water ... we don't have... taste of eggs Benedict with salmon not good and we both felt unwell.
Also a HOTEL can higher a proper barista who makes a proper cappuccino!
Toilets not maintained... when I asked the person attending the toilet.."this is the new American style"
Can only go up.... hopefully
