very bad `care '. my father has one foot in the custard when I visit him. Filthy pajamas are put wet in a garbage bag. his food is served without cutlery and then it is strange that he does not eat. This after a major heart surgery and he is confused. He can hardly speak, so he cannot ask for help. We cannot be there every day because we live far away. We have already lost 2 pajamas, thrown away, glasses and his entire toilet bag is gone!
