A house I was interested in came on the market and I immediately got notified. I text the listed agent, heard nothing, then called three times over a 7 hour period; still nothing. Called the actual agency, explained the situation and they put me through to another agent. I left a message. 24 hours goes by and nothing so I called the agency again. I m notified that there are multiple offers on the property. In a market this hot you have to move fast but I m shocked that the listing agent and agency hindered by ability to view and make an offer on the property.
