I was recommended to give Phil a call at Lendsmart through friends and family. Not only did he get us through the lending process stress free, but he made sure we were taken care of with small probably silly questions as a first time home buyer. The office in Hermantown was a friendly environment. They had time for us, we didn t feel like we were put on the back burner at any time. I would highly recommend their services!
