Nice property, great water view. Room is large and has a kitchenette. It's called and Inn and described as resort on the website, yet it is neither. Rooms are actually time shares. Daily cleaning and towels/linen service is not part of the cost of the room. AC units are noisy and difficult to control temp/humidity. When we visit Newport again I suspect we will try another property.
